Event Policies & Important Information
Before submitting your event inquiry, please review the following:
Event Space Rental
Indoor Event Space starts at $199.
Outdoor Event Space starts at $299.
Final pricing is based on your event size, setup, duration, food and beverage needs, staffing, and any additional requirements.
Catering Minimum
Catered events require a minimum of 30 guests. Smaller groups may be accommodated through a regular dining reservation.
Regular Reservation vs. Event Rental
A standard group dinner or celebration with minimal décor may be handled as a regular restaurant reservation. If you are reserving or transforming a dedicated area with extensive decorations, special setups, entertainment, equipment, or other event-specific needs, an event space rental may be required.
Food Service
Please indicate whether you prefer Buffet Service or À La Carte Service and provide your desired menu choices. Final menu selections and pricing will be confirmed with Fantasy Island.
Event Staffing
Additional staffing charges may apply when your event requires dedicated servers, buffet attendants, bartenders, or other event-specific personnel.
Open Bar
Hosted/Open Bar service is available starting at $1,500 per hour. Final pricing is based on guest count, duration, beverage selections, and service requirements.
Decorations, Entertainment & Sound
Decorations, DJs, live entertainment, sound equipment, and other special setups must be approved and coordinated with Fantasy Island in advance. All installations must be safe, professional, tasteful, and non-damaging to the venue.
